About Us

Th, Inc., d/b/a Glenview and Meadowview is a local non-member, non-stock, Non-Profit corporation governed by a seven-member volunteer Board of Directors who represent the primary service area of Washburn County. Founded in 1993, TH Inc., is today a leader in the Assisted Living market for seniors of northwestern Wisconsin and takes much pride in providing a quality, home-like, living environment emphasizing individual dignity and freedom of choice.

TH, Inc., built its first duplex especially designed for independent senior living in 1995. Following the addition of a second duplex, TH, Inc., constructed Phase I of the Glenview Assisted Living in ’97, and, then, Phase II, an additional 12 apartments in 2000. Again, experiencing a growing waiting list and the need for assisted living clearly identified, TH, Inc., built and opened its "special care wing" in June of ’08. The development of a truly unique "senior campus" continues with the addition of a seven car garage during the summer of ’09, and two more, energy efficient, spaciously designed, duplexes at Meadowview in 2012 & 2013.

Outside of Glenview

Glenview provides twenty-three apartments designated by the State of Wisconsin as a Residential Care Apartment Complex, i.e. RCAC. Our CBRF, i.e. Community Based Residential Facility provides twelve more units. This “Special Care Wing” gives one the opportunity to truly age in place when additional assist is needed. In addition, located on the same campus, TH, Inc., provides eight additional duplexes designed for independent senior living, i.e. Meadowview.

Both Glenview and Meadowview are situated on a nine acre campus overlooking beautiful Shell Lake. The properties are located just minutes from downtown Shell Lake, which includes medical services, grocery shopping, library, pharmacy, banking, and other business entities. Also note how the buildings of Glenview are actually attached to one another for easy access. The western side of the campus provides ample space for independent living in the duplexes especially designed for seniors. (Photo by Tom Cusick, courtesy of Pilot, Jim Lewis)
