Being a NON-PROFIT, 501 (c) (3) corporation, also allows TH, Inc., the opportunity to qualify for low interest, long term financing through the federal government, i.e. USDA/Rural Development. This is the method the Glenview campus has been developed, which allows us to keep our operational costs lower, thus, our rent structure lower than most.
As a result of the foregoing, TH, Inc., continues to do fund raising to meet the federal loan requirements, as well as other operating expenses. If you’d like to be a CONTRIBUTOR to assist with TH, Inc.’s mission of service to area seniors, please complete and submit the above information, and one of our staff will contact you.
